We are experiencing a disproportionately high amount of queries on verbal orders and we may insist on receiving written confirmation of your order before we can despatch items. We will be unable to process your order unless you give at least the following mandatory information:

• Address
• Post Code
• Telephone
• E-mail

A VAT invoice will be enclosed with the consignment.
