Know IT All for Volunteers (Getting to Know IT All)  is a special version of the Know IT All suite of products which can be delivered by non specialists in schools. It was piloted in November 2005 with some 200 staff from Microsoft and the Police running an interactive presentation in over 100 schools reaching some 50,000 pupils.  With funding from OFCOM, the volunteer programme and Know IT All content was evaluated by the University of Bristol who concluded that it was a highly successful and effective model for reaching both young people and teachers. The volunteer programme is now being run by CEOP – the Child Exploitation Online Protection Centre who have continued to update the presentation which is now called “Think U Know.” See information about how you can be involved in using this programme.
