1Where can I get the Teachers’ Guide for Know IT All for Schools?
Download the Teachers’ Guide. You must provide a valid email address to receive a copy of it.

2Our school has received a Know IT All pack what do we do?
Know IT All has been distributed free of charge to all secondary schools in the country with funding from Microsoft and MSN. It could be used by any teacher who refers to the internet as part of their lesson. We think it is particularly suitable for teachers of PHSE, ICT and Citizenship. The Teachers’ Guide has more detailed references to the relevance to the National Curriculum.

3Our school has received a Know IT All pack can we have another one for free?
As a small independently funded charity we are not able to send second copies out for free. If you would like to order an additional copy it will cost £35.00 (plus VAT) bulk or bundle deals can be negotiated. Order an additional copy.

4Our school would like some one to come and present to us.
